  • Crash logs and error reports: Technical details about app crashes and errors (for example stack traces, device type, operating system, and app version)
  • Performance diagnostics: Limited data used to understand app stability and performance
  • Account identifier: Where relevant, a user ID so we can investigate issues for a specific account — we do not send your name, email, or other personal details by default with crash reports

  • Location: Data is stored in secure cloud databases

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Google Places API: Location search and mapping
  • Expo: App development and push notification services
  • Sentry: Crash reporting, error monitoring, and performance diagnostics for the mobile app. This is used to keep the app working reliably. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
  • Vercel Analytics: Privacy-friendly website traffic insights
  • PostHog: Website product analytics (page views, paths, and conversion events such as App Store / Google Play clicks)
  • Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings and heatmaps to understand how people use the website

Crash Reporting

We use Sentry, a third-party service, to collect crash and diagnostic data from the mobile app so we can fix bugs and improve reliability. This data is shared with Sentry for that purpose only. We do not use crash reporting for advertising, and we do not treat it as tracking for ads or cross-app targeting.

Website Analytics

When you visit getthegameon.app, we collect limited usage data (for example pages visited, referring site, device type, and clicks on download buttons) to understand which content is useful and improve the site. This data is processed by the analytics providers listed above. We do not use it to sell advertising.

Public Club Pages

Club managers can optionally publish a public page for their club on getthegameon.app. Managers choose what appears (for example about text, schedule, teams, results, statistics, fantasy standings, links, and contact details). Captain phone numbers are only shown if a manager turns that option on. Player statistics and fantasy standings omit zero scores. Unpublished clubs are not listed or searchable on the website.

Your Rights

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our systems.
