How a rugby club runs the week
This is the real product path, not a made-up testimonial. Named clubs with numbers go here when they opt in to be quoted. Until then, this is the citeable rugby workflow.
Monday: the sheet and the chat
Fixtures live in the app. Players mark available or not — there is no maybe. Managers nudge the section who have not responded. Team chats stay on the squad, not a 200-person WhatsApp.
Thursday: Moves, not a whiteboard photo
Open Club home → Moves. Build a Switch or Loop in Move Builder, Focus the 13, send the clip. It is not AI. It is free for rugby clubs already on the app.
Saturday: live scores the club watches
A manager scores tries and pens live. Anyone in the club can watch LIVE. Push alerts go to the fixture team’s section. Public pages at /clubs/ can show the same LIVE badge if the club opts in.
After: fees on the fixture
Match-fee requests sit on the fixture. Apple Pay or Google Pay. The app is free; card processing is 2.49% + 20p when you collect. Do not confuse that with any T&Cs recovery fee.
