Announcements
Announcements are club-wide and only managers can post them. Everyone can react with emojis so you still get engagement without reply-all noise. You can post photos, link to events or fixtures, or send general updates—last-minute changes, matchday info, or reminders. One place for official club comms.
Team chats
Team chats are for members who've joined a specific team. Anyone in that team can chat—use them for matchday banter, lift shares or quick questions without spamming the whole club. Keeps conversation relevant to the people who need it.
Direct messaging
Members can message from the fixture (e.g. message the captain) or from the Members area. Filter by players, managers or captains and search by name, then message individuals. No need to swap numbers or leave the app. Useful for selection questions, availability follow-ups or anything that doesn't need a group.
Notifications
Members get notified when teams are posted, when they're selected, and if a game is called off—plus announcements and direct messages. Availability reminders: if someone's in a squad and there's a fixture in a few days and they haven't set availability, they get a reminder. As a manager you can also send a nudge to players who haven't set availability yet. Notifications can be push and email so people don't miss important updates.
