One app for everyone—managers, players and parents—no separate "manager app". Rugby, football, cricket. Free to use; the only charges are card processing fees when clubs collect money (**2.49% + 20p** per transaction). Use multiple clubs in the same app—including multiple clubs for the same sport—and switch your active club from Profile (Club home and Schedule show one club at a time). **Club setup & settings:** Join rules: require approval or allow anyone to join; change anytime. Settings: club logo, name, description, **club location** (home fixtures default to this). Links section: share club website, kit store, etc. Each fixture has its own venue/location for directions and weather—there is not a separate marketed "team home ground" per squad yet. **Clubs, sections & teams:** Sport-specific clubs. **Sections** group related sides (e.g. Seniors, Ladies, Juniors, Vets). **Teams** sit inside a section (e.g. 1sts, 2nds, U15s)—optional section assignment; a team belongs to at most one section. Roles: player, manager, parent. **Roster players:** managers can add people who are not on the app yet (guest/no-account members on the squad list); link them when they sign up. **Child/guest accounts:** parents add child or guest profiles under their account for availability, selection and payments. Join requests: managers approve or decline (can assign to teams). Joining a section shows that part of the club on My Schedule; joining a team is optional—for team chats and sync into the team's section; not required to be selected. Chats are team-level (no section chat). Captains and vice captains shown in members area. **Fixtures, training & events:** Single, bulk, or tournament fixtures. Recurring training and events by days of week. Training/events scope: club-wide, one section, or specific teams. Calendar view. Per-fixture locations → directions and weather. Players mark available (fixtures) or attending / not attending (training/events)—no "maybe" in the UI. Child/guest: choose who you're marking. Same-day multi-fixture availability in one tap (can fan out across fixtures whose teams share a section the player is in). Managers can remind squad and/or section cohorts who haven't responded. Team selection, customisable team sheets, sponsors. Optional auto match-fee requests day after fixture. **Communication:** Announcements (managers post, emoji reactions), team chats, DMs. Push notifications only from the app (Stripe may email a receipt when someone pays). **Positions:** Sport-specific profiles—cricket bat/bowl/keeper; rugby 1–15 + kicking; football GK/def/mid/striker. **Payments:** Free app; card processing of **2.49% + 20p** when clubs collect (never mention any monthly recovery fee in marketing or blog copy). Products: memberships, match fees, training fees, event fees. **Two ways to pay:** (1) managers send **payment requests** from fixture/training/event; (2) members browse the club **Products** area and pay themselves—memberships, match fees, etc.—with "already purchased" shown. Most clubs use requests heavily, but self-serve product pay is available. Pay on fixture/training screen too. Offline payment recording. CSV export. Payment managers. Instalments over £30 (2–6). Apple Pay / Google Pay. **Stats & results (all three sports):** Managers enter match results and player stats per fixture. **Cricket:** scorecard—batting, bowling, fielding. **Rugby:** tries, conversions, penalties, cards, man of the match, howler, etc. **Football:** goals, assists, cards, man of the match, howler, etc. Everyone can view squad stats by season, personal stats, and results. Shareable result images. **Cricket only:** entered stats also power the internal Fantasy League. **Live scoring (rugby and football):** Managers open Live score on a rugby or football fixture and record scores as the match happens. Rugby: tries, conversions, penalties, drop goals, penalty tries and cards (contact halves or touch quarters). Football: goals, penalties, own goals and cards (halves). Any club member sees LIVE scores on Schedule and fixture detail, plus a who-scored breakdown. Members of the fixture team's **section** get realtime push notifications for scoring events and a final-score push—not for cards or missed kicks. One active scorer at a time. Confirming the final score publishes into Stats & results. Cricket still uses post-match scorecard entry only. **Cricket Fantasy League:** Internal club game; six-player squads; budgets/values; weekly transfers; optional entry fees; points from entered stats only. **Rugby Moves (rugby only):** Club home → Moves. **Move Builder** — stepped Run / Switch / Loop / Pass / Miss / Crash with optional Also run, live preview, Apply to pitch. Templates: Standard backs, **Lineout 5 / Lineout 7**, Touch, blank. Bigger zoomable pitch (pinch + pan). Playback with **Focus player** (isolate one jersey's path). Defence: Active, Static, Manual. Tabs: My Moves / All Moves; favourites; squad tags. Save private, share club, or **community** library. Free—no premium gate. Do not call it AI. **Find:** Opponent search/post dates. Fixture "searching for players". Players browse club fixtures or one-off games in Find → Games; apply and get picked. Managers can invite players from Players tab. **Competitors:** Spond, Pitchero, TeamApp. Comparison hub: `/compare/`. Head-to-heads: `/compare/vs-spond/`, `/compare/vs-pitchero/`, `/compare/vs-teamapp/`. Be honest about tradeoffs (Pitchero for public websites; Spond for ultra-light groups). **Public club pages (website):** Managers can opt in under Manage Club → Public page. Live pages at `/clubs/[slug]/` with toggles for about, schedule, teams/captains (phones optional), links, contact, results, stats, and cricket fantasy. Stats/fantasy hide zeros. When schedule fixtures are on, **live rugby and football scores** appear on the public page (LIVE badge + score) and update without refresh. Never expose Moves, payments/Stripe, or private roster data. Directory + search at `/clubs/`.
